John Deere CoverEdge MegaRoll

John Deere CoverEdge MegaRoll goes right over the edge of the bale and snaps into place for better protection.

With the elimination of shoulders, bales are perfectly shaped for better handling, transport and storage.

John Deere CoverEdge MegaRoll covers 15% more surface area of the round bale protects the edges of the bale and prevents rainwater penetration and moisture collection within the bale. It also improves the weather ability of the package. No loose “fluff” to pick up the moisture from rainfall.
With John Deere CoverEdge MegaRoll you can produce high-quality silage bales when wrapped with stretch film because the bale surface is smooth, eliminating air pockets in the bale.
John Deere CoverEdge MegaRoll is 46% Longer than the original CoverEdge, therefore less rolls required for the same number of bales and less time spent reloading baler with net.

Designed to meet the demands of modern farming equipment, this netwrap is the ideal choice for a wide range of baler models, including John Deere 557, 558, 559, 550M, 551M, 567, 568, 569, 569 Premium, 560M/R, 561M/R Balers.

ZEBRA® System Stripe
ZEBRA® System

As well as producing the 'perfect bale', John Deere CoverEdge MegaRoll also features the unique ZEBRA® System roll pattern. The John Deere CoverEdge asymmetrical striping pattern, across the width of the net, gives the operator a very clear 'left-right' indicator when loading the net roll. The ZEBRA® System is also a very useful benefit in indicating correctly which way to unroll the bale when feeding or bedding by clearly showing the asymmetrical pattern on the bale

CoverEdge Technology

CoverEdge Technology enables the net to go over the edge of the bale producing good bales and full protection. Elimination of ’shoulders’ means better shaped bales, better weather protection, easier handling and better silage production due to the elimination of air pockets inside the bale. The elastic edge threads snap right back into place, securing the crop and giving good protection.
