John Deere Edge to Edge® MegaRoll with TamaTec+®
John Deere Edge to Edge MegaRoll

With more footage per roll, now you can make 10-15% more bales with each roll of net – for more baler productivity, less downtime. The new net is lighter and easier to handle, and priced right to reduce your cost per bale. It continues to give the same great bale coverage and trouble free baling you have come to know and expect from all John Deere Netwrap. John Deere Edge to Edge® MegaRoll is 42% Longer than the original Edge to Edge®, therefore less rolls required for the same number of bales and less time spent reloading baler with net.

Designed to meet the demands of modern farming equipment, this netwrap is the ideal choice for a wide range of baler models, including John Deere 557, 558, 559, 550M, 551M, 567, 568, 569, 569 Premium, 560M/R, 561M/R Balers.

ZEBRA® System Stripe
ZEBRA® System

An easy identification for simple end-user handling benefit. The asymmetrical striping pattern across the width of the net gives the operator a very clear ‘left-right’ indicator when loading the net into the baler, and also shows clearly which way to unroll the bale when feeding out. The ZEBRA® System is also a very useful benefit in indicating correctly which way to unroll the bale when feeding or bedding by clearly showing the asymmetrical pattern on the bale.

Edge to Edge® Technology

Edge to Edge® technology is a breakthrough created by Tama, which enables the net to maintain its width when feeding onto the bale, so covering the entire width of the bale. This unique ability gives the maximum protection to the crop as well as helping to maintain the bale’s shape, reducing crop loss when handling and making storage easier.

TamaTec+® Technology

A technology innovation by Tama that combines a special blend of advanced raw material with a unique manufacturing process, providing the unique combination of:

  • NET STRENGTH – Incredible strength for maximum performance in the toughest crop.
  • ROLL WEIGHT – The only technology able to achieve both roll length and netwrap strength within a workable roll weight.
  • ROLL CONSISTENCY – A uniform and consistent netwrap for continuous trouble-free operation.
